Operating System Installation - $100
A fresh installation of the latest macOS or Windows. Installation includes all of the latest updates, BIOS flash, all device drivers and installation of any required or requested software. This option is perfect for clients who are wanting to upgrade from Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 to Windows 10/11.
Virus & Malware Removal - $100
A proprietary in-depth 8-step process of manually removing all threats from your computer. This service alone makes us stand out from the rest.
Complete Data Transfer - $75
A manual folder to folder data transfer of all your important files. We don't believe in using automatic software to transfer your precious data; that way we 100% know what we transferred over and what we didn't.
Onsite Support - Starting at $65/HOUR + Travel Fee ($25)
From the comfort of your own home or business we can come to you! All onsite support is a minimum one hour charge.
Remote Support - Starting at $65/Hour
Don't feel like packing up your computer? We can provide quick and secure remote support for your home or business machines. All remote support is billed in 30 minute intervals.

Laptop Screen Repair - $120+
Broken LCD display or dead pixels? Instead of getting a new laptop let us replace the screen for you. Most LCD's are stocked in Vancouver and completed with 24 hours of receiving the parts.
